Our refund policy was created to the best of our abilities to support our customer's needs.
Refund Policy - the basics
Due to the perishable nature of our products and for safety reasons, we do not accept returns at this time. In the future, we will accept returns and offer refunds. Refunds would be strictly limited to items damaged during shipping. Claims for damaged goods must be submitted with photographic evidence within 3 days of receipt.
